Federate xAPI: Webinar Recap

On 04 August 2026, we held a webinar featuring a presentation and a demo of the new Federate xAPI open source bridge.

Federate xAPI is an open source capability that instruments HLA federation activity into xAPI statements without modifying existing simulation federates. Distributed under the Apache 2.0 license, it acts as a dedicated federate on the RTI, selectively capturing and caching simulation events and delivering structured xAPI records to an LRS for downstream training analysis, readiness workflows, AI training, and adaptive learning integrations.
